With regard to the sale vacant property, when we talk about the potential regarding portfolio sales at a point in time and the involvement of private equity in that regard, we are having a separate discussion. The sale of properties would be done on a market basis or through the housing authority. It would obviously be done on a valuation basis. That will continue to be a process. We are not seeing any move into private equity.
