Sorry, that is not the case. "As was possible" relates to giving the information to the bidders, not Lazard having the advice, which is different. Representatives Lazard appeared before the committee, and I want to make Mr. Daly aware of what they said. Mr. Daly put on the record some of what they said but he was quite selective in that regard. When Mr. Long of Lazard was here, he said he was very concerned about the fact that he was not given information, and I will quote some of what he said. He said that the process was not as level as he thought it was at the time. He was asked about a level playing field. He said that he was not aware at the time quite how much time PIMCO spent on the transaction. He acknowledged that that did confer on PIMCO a competitive advantage. He stated that he was surprised and concerned as to the letter's content. He was talking about PIMCO's letter.
