All information relating to guarantees was already in the NAMA data room so, effectively, Cerberus's legal advisers would have been able to tell it what the guarantees were anyway, because they were part of that. In terms of the NDA, that covers the period from when we set up the NDA to whatever time the NDA expires. However, if a debtor was engaging with Brown Rudnick before the NDA and the debtor was sharing information with it-----
