Mr. Frank Daly:

That is the PIMCO reference, but it is wrong. It certainly was not with NAMA in April and May 2013. As I mentioned this morning, it was not with NAMA until September 2013. This development went back to the origination of the deal with PIMCO and the proposal for an acquisition fee.
