The logic of that is a question for PIMCO. We believe they should have told us during the 2013, as far back as April when they were first introduced to Mr. Cushnahan. That in itself, to my mind, would be something to be concerned about, but particularly in June when there was discussion of a success fee, according to PIMCO, that certainly was one that should have been totally drawn to our attention.
