I wish to indicate that we will table an amendment to the section on Report Stage, as we feel the current wording of the Bill may have significant implications for private companies, in particular in the context of Brexit and trying to create and retain sustainable jobs, especially in respect of those companies trying to trade into the UK. We will table an amendment on Report Stage to delete paragraph (3) of section 1242A.
