I wish to make an observation. There seems to be much consensus that an effort should be made to recoup the funds from the employer. The unintended consequence might be a loss to the person unfairly dismissed, and I do not think anybody wants that. Would it be possible for the Minister to review this with a view to having a look at it on Report and Final Stages? I do not think anybody wants the unintended consequence of somebody being worse off. I am listening to the debate and everybody, the Minister included, agrees if the money could be got from the employer for unfair dismissal it is one element, but there is consideration of the other side, which is the unintended consequence, and I am mindful of this.
