In a bid to be helpful, the proposed amendment cannot be moved. I appreciate the issue involved and that is why I allowed the Deputy to outline it. Strictly, the detail of such an amendment is not supposed to be raised but I want to be helpful. The Committee on Social Protection has taken the issue of pensions seriously and it one of the items of work we will be doing. Outside groups will be brought before the committee to address the anomaly around pensions.
