I apologise for the late start. The officials were probably here from early morning, but the early part of the meeting went on a little longer than anticipated. I thank the officials for bearing with us. On behalf of the committee, I thank all of the witnesses for participating in the meeting and the material they supplied. I also thank the Comptroller and Auditor General and his staff for their assistance.
