A probable loss suggests that it is almost certain that it was a loss but it is not almost certain that it was a loss. There was a risk factor which could have been put in as a higher discount rate or as they have done by adjusted cash flow. There was a risk factor to holding on to it which might have led to further loss but this is a choice for the committee. As a member pointed out earlier, my opinion on this is just my opinion; I do not have a role to play in it.
