On 29 September, Mr. Brendan McDonagh asserted that the Comptroller and Auditor General's report has adopted a position which would not be accepted by "anyone engaged in actual loan sales in Ireland or anywhere else". The statement uses that type of language throughout. Basically, the assertion is that the Comptroller and Auditor General's office did not have a clue. Mr. McCarthy has dealt with that today. What worries me about this type of narrative is that the report is being ignored in terms of the process of the sale and the concerns that were raised with regard to that process. The concerns, for example, relating to conflicts of interest, to the limited information given to Lazard and so forth. I am not happy that those concerns have not been dealt with by NAMA. As far as Mr. McCarthy is concerned, have those issues been dealt with in any of the material presented by NAMA?
