I will call the witnesses to make their final contributions but I ask them to bear in mind that, as a committee, we are anxious to do something constructive. I am aware the witnesses have been working on this for a very long time but we want to see what we can do. I ask them to bear that in mind when they make their final contributions to allow us move forward with it. I hope we will come back to this issue after we have done what the witnesses can recommend to us.
