I appreciate that and I am happy to hear Mr. Deering say that he would be happy if it remained. Obviously, the focus is on the six-year rule, but we also need to deal with the detail of it. I asked the Minister how we would determine that a person ought to have known there was inappropriate conduct by the provider. It will fall to the Financial Services Ombudsman to make that determination. I ask Mr. Deering to give me some examples of where his office would adjudicate that somebody who was sold an insurance product or a mortgage ought to have known.
