I understand that. However, from the point of view of a body that, in my view, is concerned with consumer protection, although financial institutions can also take a case to it as well, the requirement seems very light, particularly in light of the fact that the chairperson will no longer be required to have a consumer interests background. It is something we can examine as the legislation progresses, but I think it needs to be rebalanced.
