What comparable pay rate should we be looking at if the issue of remunerative packages is a problem in recruiting consultants? We compete in the English-speaking world as opposed to the European model in terms of retaining or attracting back consultants. What sort of pay rates do the witnesses recommend should be looked at to attract the number of consultants we require?
