In fairness, Mr. Collison, the point has been made before that it is not uncommon. I will not query that and I accept it. Is it not odd that it would be Brown Rudnick who would hook PIMCO in and say "How's this for an idea?". That is certainly not how I would have understood the sequence of events up until I read the note today.
