The Chairman will probably have heard ad nauseamthat section 10 overrides everything. Whatever we believe will deliver the maximum return for the taxpayer is what drives us. If it means not actually proceeding with a loan sale but actually having the difficult negotiations with the debtors, that is what we will choose to do. If we believe enforcement might generate a better return, that is what we will be prepared to do.
