If one is selling something, one needs to be able to react or risk not being able to maximise the price. One of the bidders that withdrew at a later stage had completed a substantial amount of due diligence and had sought from NAMA an underwriting of its costs as one of the conditions of staying in the process, which we flatly rejected.
