They were. They were happy to continue their due diligence. It was only after the board meeting in January - sort of later in January - that they were advised that Lazard were now being appointed and that we were going to the market. Lazard were instructed to go out to the market to look for other potential credible bidders. I can remember that there was a telephone call with PIMCO at the time to advise them of that and they certainly were quite disappointed.
