As a general point, I would say we try to ensure if clients are being referred to training or education courses that those courses are suitable for them, both in terms of their competence to undertake them and in terms of the employment prospects, and where we find mismatches we try to resolve them. Often clients do not disclose such difficulties, particularly around literacy, and it is only when they are faced with the difficulty that the issue arises.
