I am seeking the witness's opinion on the decision to put 10% of the Dublin bus routes to tender. Does she think it is a wise decision? Does she think it will be beneficial for the long-term development of public transport in Dublin? Will it offer a better service that is more competitive and will the end user, the passenger, benefit from it?
