We always urge people not to just look at monthly figures but to look at the longer-term trend because specific issues can impact on monthly figures. When I was in Mr. Ring's shoes and was responsible for the quarterly national household survey, QNHS, I always used to say that one month does not make a trend. We would always look over the next number of quarters to see if this was the emergence of a trend.
