Yes. In the absence of Articles 2 and 3 of the Constitution which were removed some years ago, Northern Ireland, unfortunately, still falls under the jurisdiction of the Queen and the Northern Ireland Assembly. Will Mr. Daly tell me what aspect of section 10 or any other section states NAMA should take cognisance of the views of a politician outside the jurisdiction?
