It is not at all unusual for us to get what we call reverse inquiries - rather than putting something on the market or saying something is for sale, one will receive an approach from somebody or on behalf of somebody saying, "I am interested in that asset or that portfolio." That is what regarded as a reverse inquiry. We looked at it and said: "Is there an opportunity here for NAMA?" We evaluated and said: "Yes, there is and we can get a good result out of it."
