Yes, we were aware of the note. We also were aware that in the note, as originally proposed, it had been completed as an open process but we felt it was important to say that it was a restricted process.

We did examine whether additional impairment should be recognised at that point. We were satisfied that it did not need to be and that the loss would be incurred in the 2014 financial statements.
