Obviously, if it is within the bounds of the Comptroller and Auditor General's capabilities to refuse that, he can refuse it. I am asking for it because I believe it would be useful to us and I believe the abilities of those on the Committee of Public Accounts will stand up to scrutiny after the fact in terms of their interpretation of language and the complexities of that when that happens.
