They could have got more information from Cerberus about the circumstances in which Brown Rudnick and Tughans came to work for them knowing that two weeks before they had been working for PIMCO and how did that happen. There was also an obligation on Cerberus to notify NAMA or the loan sale adviser of taking on new advisers.
