Prior to PIMCO's approach, the focus in relation to Northern Ireland and the focus of the Northern Ireland advisory committee was on the property in Northern Ireland. When one looks at the documents, that is what the planning was about: what will we do with what we have in Northern Ireland? Some of those assets would have belonged to or been in the control of debtors from the South who had properties in Belfast.
