We used the Northern Ireland Housing Executive offices while Brian Rowntree was there. I would like to return to what the Deputy said about conflict of interest in relation to price. Although the Comptroller and Auditor General has been very critical of conflict management and everything like that, I do not think he has concluded that this process had any impact on the price. I can be corrected if I am wrong in that regard.
