-----an independent expertise which I think could easily have been sourced and which would deal with the issue of the pricing and whether the loan sale process could have been better and got a better result. We do not disagree with many of the facts set out in the Comptroller and Auditor General's report. What we disagree with are conclusions in particular on price and that maybe if we had done it differently, we could have got more.
