There were many considerations in there and I mentioned in my opening statement that different board members may have had different factors influencing them as we went through the decision process. For me, it was a really basic question - back to square one - of whether £1.3 billion in our hands better for us than the possibility of £1.4 billion or something like that in ten or five years.
