I thank the witnesses for appearing before the committee. I will first focus on the change in strategy to group all of the assets. Obviously, it was the biggest loan portfolio sale NAMA had undertaken at that point and it was a huge change in strategy to group all of the assets. I note from the Comptroller and Auditor General's report that there is no detail of the other options discussed or of a discussion of what other options were available to execute the disposal. Is it acceptable, for an auditor trying to understand the processes NAMA undertook to make this decision, that this is not clearly documented?
