I thank all the witnesses. I would like to pose a question. The witnesses said in their presentation that they identified a problem with the roll-out of chronic disease management, which we have been talking about for many years. They spoke also about the need for an enhanced role in integrated care programmes. Can they expand on that? Why are we not seeing the roll-out of chronic disease management? Given that it is best practice in terms of approach, why is it not happening? What are the blockages?
