I wish to add one quick point. I will not comment on Ms Feehily's answer in terms of whether I agree or disagree with some aspects but there is a point she made that I would like to comment on. I would never subscribe to the view - Ms Feehily used the expression - that you build it up and we knock it. That would be an appalling way for the authority to develop and that was not in any way what I was advocating. To put the record straight on that, I was merely looking at a particular aspect.
