To be honest, it was a Cabinet decision and that is it. There is collective responsibility. It is not what Mary Mitchell O'Connor believes. That was a Cabinet decision and that is what we are going to do. I am one of those who wants broadband. I understand it is so important for us to ensure in bringing jobs to rural areas that they have broadband. As I said, I have been driving round the country all summer and it is annoying that there is no broadband and in many areas no phone coverage as well. It is annoying and difficult. Deputy Donnelly can just imagine that we are bringing FDI company representatives down to some counties and they cannot use their mobile phones. I want the broadband roll-out to happen. I would love that there would be loads of funding thrown in to ensure that we get that broadband rolled out all over the country as quickly as possible.
