We will now deal with scrutiny of EU legislative proposals. COM (2016) 395 is a proposal for a Council decision on the conclusion, on behalf of the European Union, of the Paris agreement adopted under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

COM (2016) 399 is a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) No. 531/2012 as regards rules for wholesale roaming markets does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

It is also proposed that the proposals listed in schedule B do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
