Are the witnesses stating that all the raw data are available to the Central Bank and to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, CCPC? I ask because we have the Central Bank before us on Monday and I really want to get to the bottom of this. If the Central Bank has the requisite actuarial resources, does it have the raw data to be able to provide all the information needed to be able to regulate properly?
