It is more that the payroll taxes are lost. That is because they are based on a Bulgarian contract. They are not necessarily Bulgarian rates of pay, but the taxes would be transferred to the other jurisdictions. I do not like to single out one country, but it is predominantly eastern European countries. The operation has moved and that would mean employee contracts also move.
