It is up to the Oireachtas and the Government to bring that in and follow through on the recommendations. That is one thing. There was a question on the actual awards. The Injuries Board's awards are on record and they are the figures about which I was speaking. The average award in 2009 was €23,000. In 2015, the average was €22,800. The sequence was €23,000, €22,000, €21,000, €22,000, €22,000 and €23,000.
