Home care packages were originally set up to provide home care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy for different kinds of needs but, anecdotally, home care packages are now more about providing home care. Home help can be incorporated into home care packages. Home care packages seem to have more to do with home care now. I do not know why one cannot get the exact number of hours.
