In response to the comment from the Deputy and earlier comments, I make specific reference to the letter of invitation issued from the committee to Jim Breslin, the Secretary General, which specifically said, "I am directed to request that you designate a senior official from your Department". The Secretary General was requested to send some senior officials, rather than coming himself, so we are very clear.
