It is certainly true that there is a nine-year gap between the earliest date Deputy Cullinane mentioned and the start of the internal audit but I think it is useful to the committee if we provide further information on the nature of the different concerns that were raised at different times and why they would not have triggered the process that this latest issue triggered.
