Essentially, either an e-mail or a letter could be sent during the week calling on the Charities Regulatory Authority to come before PAC. I am aware that Part 4 of the legislation has not yet commenced but, from a public information perspective, it would be very useful to find out what powers it has under the statute in terms of probing the misuse of public funds or whatever by charities. That is certainly something I would looking for the committee to do.
