Good morning. We have a quorum and are now in public session.

For broadcasting purposes, please ensure mobile phones are switched off as distinct from on silent mode. I welcome everyone to today's meeting, particularly the new members - Deputies Barry and Munster. I welcome back Deputies Fitzpatrick, Murphy and Troy. I am delighted to have been appointed Chair of this committee and I look forward to working with all members to progress the issues that come before us. I want to give everyone an opportunity to bring forward issues that are important to them in order that we can do good work.

I propose we go into private session to deal with some housekeeping issues.
