I agree with Deputy Kelly's proposal on a pro formaapproach so that we are not going through stuff. In regard to the structure we have, perhaps we could have someone explain it within the first few sessions so that whoever claims to know what is going on is invited to show us what we have, why there are so many people employed, what they are doing and where they are based. I think we need to know where we are at the minute. Perhaps we could set up a session with the ESRI as soon as possible before we start off.
