There are land banks available across the local authorities in Dublin. What is the interaction with the local authorities to access those lands? The agency has clearly identified the availability of land as an obstacle in delivery of housing. Yet local authorities have land, some of which they own and some they do not. Perhaps Mr. O'Brien could clarify the agency's engagement with local authorities on the issue of land availability.
