I would remind members at this stage that we are not discussing the issue as such. I am not disagreeing with the points that members are raising, but we are trying to identify specifically what actions we can take as a committee. The first specific action we have dealt with today was Deputy Durkan's point. However, in order to address exactly the points that members are making, including those on social housing, we must determine who the committee feels would be best placed to answer those issues.
