The aim of the look-back was to find people who were no longer receiving any kind of "care" in this foster setting as part of ensuring that we had a full picture in relation to this issue. We do not have similar reports that we need to pursue in respect of other areas but only a complete fool would sit here and say that there can be no concerns that similar things happened in the past in other parts of the country.

We know that a lot of bad stuff happened in lots of parts of the country in many settings. We have other investigative processes in relation to them but I have no live lines of inquiry right now.
