I am not talking about the evidence. I am talking about Mr. O'Brien, as the CEO or director general of the HSE, picking up the phone and asking the individuals what happened. He is not prevented by law from asking them what happened. He is not prevented by law from asking the people around him why, in the first instance, he was not told about the issues associated with Ann being in the home until 2013. If some members of the public were talking to Mr. O'Brien, they would say, "Tony, why don't you pick up the phone and find out what actually happened and who was involved here, and why don't you speak to them about the decisions they made from the 1990s up until 2013?" Has he spoken to them? Has he spoken to the people around them? Has he made any attempt to-----
