Yes, but I am certain that in terms of the current supports there would be no issue about providing supports. A range of additional supports are in place for people affected by this. If they wish to claim in a civil way on the basis that a liability arises owing to the negligence of either the South-Eastern Health Board or the HSE since its establishment then clearly they need to formally make that claim but we will not be seeking to defend if it relates to this foster home.
